Our Services
Increscent is an extrusion 3D-printing service for the space economy — engineering and producing lightweight PEI, PEEK, and CF-composite structural components.
-
Custom airframes, propeller hubs, and gimbal mounts for defense ISR, surveying, and commercial fleets.
-
Lightweight PEEK and PEI structural brackets, cable trays, payload ducting and harness mounts for cubesats, microsats, and rideshare missions.
-
CF-PEEK structural ribs, ducting, motor mounts. Near-injection-molded properties at 1/4 the weight of aluminum.
-
Rapid-turn replacement parts for legacy platforms. STEP-to-finished-part in 5–10 days vs. months of OEM lead time.
-
Lab fixtures, jigs, test articles, and pre-cert iterations with documented print parameters and material lot traceability.
-
AS9102-compatible first-article inspections, dimensional CMM reports, material certs, and a digital twin per shipped part.
Space-grade Polymers
High-strength polyetherimide (the resin family behind ULTEM™). FAR 25.853 / 25.856(a) compliant with best-in-class flame, smoke & toxicity performance. Amorphous and dimensionally stable, Tg ≈ 217°C.
Chopped-carbon-fiber polyetherimide — markedly higher stiffness, strength and dimensional stability than unfilled PEI, with low CTE and ESD-dissipative behavior. FST-rated; ideal for flight brackets and structural housings.
Poly Ether Ketone Ketone. Lower processing temperature than PEEK with comparable strength. Better isotropy.
Polycarbonate-ABS. Cost-effective engineering blend for non-flight fixtures, jigs, and prototypes. Toughness + dimensional stability.
Carbon-fiber Reinforced PEEK. Stiffer than aluminum at one-fourth the weight. Anisotropic strength tuning via fiber orientation. The ideal eVTOL & rocket-structure polymer.
Poly Ether Ether Ketone. Continuous service to 250°C, excellent chemical & radiation resistance. Outgassing-compliant.
Featured Technology
Increscent’s agile manufacturing offers tooling-free, mass-produced additive manufacturing of structural carbon fiber airframes at a fraction of the cost and time of conventional composite methods.
